Transfer limits vary depending on whether a user is verified (passed KYC flow) or not. As of September 1, 2022, Nomad Global, Inc. performs cross-border transfers via SendNomad mobile apps for iOS & Android. We use Mercuryo services to accept payments and support the transfers.
For transfers made through the SendNomad mobile app, there is a limit of €900 (or equivalent in other currencies) for unverified users (does not apply to US, Russian, and Belarusian citizens - Mercuryo.io might require to pass KYC per compliance department request).
