Sendnomad accepts money transfers from all countries except the countries and states listed below:

Sendnomad accepts money transfers to the following countries:
Argentina, Armenia, Bangladesh, Bolivia, Brazil, Colombia, Egypt, Ethiopia, India, Jordan, Kyrgyzstan, Mexico, Morocco, Nicaragua, Pakistan, Paraguay, Peru, Poland, Qatar, Russia, Rwanda, Saudi Arabia, Tanzania, Uganda, Ukraine, Uruguay.

The average transfer time takes 15 minutes. In rare cases, the transfers may be delayed due to incorrect recipient information or unverified recipient wallets. In such cases, our customer support team informs the sender at all stages of the transfer until the funds are successfully delivered to the recipient.

If you did not receive an email with password reset instructions, please check your Spam folder and make sure you entered your email address correctly.

You can delete your Sendnomad account in the profile section of the Sendnomad mobile app.

Account verification / KYC

Successful account verification is required to use SendNomad. As part of the KYC (Know your Customer) regulations, we need to find out more information about your identity before allowing you to use our services.

1) Document verification. You must submit a photo of the passport or driver's license. Other types of IDs, such as a foreigner's residence permit are not accepted.

2) Selfie verification. After completing the verification of your identity document, you need to upload a selfie - a photo with your document (which was used in the first step), where your passport details and your face are clearly visible.

3) Providing supporting documents. Upload one of the documents: utility bills, tax returns, bank statements and similar documents.

Usually verification takes 5-15 minutes if you have correctly uploaded all the necessary photos and documents.

In order to delete the payment card you will need to use our partner's website:

1. Go to the site of our partner Mercuryo
2. Log in using the email that you used to register for Sendnomad app
3. Click on "Profile" in the top menu
4. In the "Cards" tab - click on the 3 dots to the right of the card you want to delete
5. Delete the card
